Monday: Practice @ 8am (Merrill Park) ....40-50 min relaxed run **Pick up the last 10 minutes of your run + 8 x 100m strides + core (experienced runners, add an additional run of 25-35 min)
Tuesday: 35-45 min relaxed run (experienced runners, add an additional run of 25-35 min)
Wednesday: 45-55 min relaxed run
Thursday: Practice @ 8am (Heroes Park) ...15 min warmup, 10 min cooldown (1-2-3-4-3-2-1 Fartlek) + Plyometrics + 2 x 150m / 2 x 100m / 4 x 50m
?Friday: 35-45 min relaxed run (experienced runners, add an additional run of 25-35 min)
Saturday: Practice @ 8am (Camelsback Park) ... 60-90 min long run + General Strength
